Assassin's Creed 3: Ranged weapons

Connor's arsenal is not limited to melee weapons or hidden blades. He can also use ranged weapons, which was described in the chapter below.

Aside from hidden blades, Connor can also use ranged weapons for assassination. This group includes the bow, poison and rope darts. You can use them just like the pistol, but they don't make any noise. The specific feature of the rope dart is that you can hang enemies on it.

In order to perform this action, you need to hide on a straight beam or tree branch above the enemy and hold down the shoot button. When Connor uses the dart, pull the left analog stick in your direction. Connor will jump down and pull the enemy up.
