Biomutant: Changing the time of day - is it possible?

On this page of the Biomutant tutorial you will find the answer to the question if it is possible to change the time of day, e.g. to travel through the open world during the day instead of at night. You'll also find out if the time of day affects gameplay.

The day and night cycle is present in Biomutant . Time in the game world moves quite fast and regularly changes from day to night and vice versa. Time of day does not affect the availability of activities or NPCs. You can perform all actions and quests regardless of the current time in the game world.

You can change the time of day by visiting the Resting Place. These are bonfires that you can find in allied locations, such as fortresses.

After interacting with the bonfire, you can choose whether to fast-forward time to the morning or evening hours.

Using resting places also allows you to heal your hero by the way - you will regain all your health points and Ki energy without having to help yourself with any consumables.
