Deponia Doomsday: Get out from sauna

Go to the elevator and choose chill-out zone (green key). Go to the spa and to the sauna (the door on the left). Talk with Mac who has found a way through ventilation duct, but first you need to remove the metal grate.

Because Rufus can't move (he's stuck between two men), take beads of sweat from one fat man and then from the second. Use it on Rufus' torso. Catch an armband which is on the fat guy's hand (the one who is sitting on the right) and use it on the grate.

Then take a water ladle from the bucket, and use it to take some coal from the container. Throw the coal on the tower of the fat man on the right. Escape to the tunnel where Mac is hiding. If you click on the coal by not using the ladle, Rufus will dry up and can't move, so you need to take beads of sweat from the fatties, and use it on Rufus' torso.

If you want to get the achievement Sadist, dump the coal five times into the fat guy's crotch before you attach his hand to the grate.
