Cult's hideout - You can enter it after starting the "Cult of Personality" side quest.
You can't use augmentations or Jensen's equipment here.

Restricted area of the cult's hideout - It's guarded by 3 turrets. You can't use augmentations or Jensen's equipment here.
Two sets of locked doors (security 2 and 5).
Richard's room - You can subdue him or kill him.
eBook (+100XP), Battle Rifle, Breach software, hacking software.
Computer - you can disable the turrets.
Security computer (security 3), password: ImCarcosa. You can use it to disable cameras, turret and a laser grid in the room with the neon tanks.
Multitool, pocket secretary.
Locked gate - You must first restore power on level 2 (18 on the map) before being able to hack into the terminal. You will end up above the room with the turret (9 on the map).
Junction box - Interacting with it will result in being surrounded by electricity and it will also power a terminal on the upper level (17 on the map).
Tunnel - Move a container to unlock access. The tunnel leads to the laboratory (11 on the map).
Neon tanks - You can open the door (level three terminal) or make a jump from an upper ledge (disable the lasers first - 15 on the map).

General information about M6 map

The entrance to the sewers is located at the end of one of the streets in southern part of Prague.

The above map presents the sewer system running under the southern part of Prague (M2 map). The sewers have four levels and you can get inside in a variety of ways. The easiest one is to look for a manhole leading inside, which can be found at the end of one of the alleys (M2,13). Alternatively, you can use one of the better-hidden sewer entrances like the one located under the Svoboda pub (M2,15), or under the Konicky & Hracky building (M2,4). Each one of those entrances will allow you to start the exploration of the sewers in different spot.

The exploration of a large part of the sewers is at first severely hindered, or simply impossible. In order to get access to the cult headquarters (M6,6) you must speak with Viznik and start the Cult of Personality side quest. You can have difficulties reaching the Dvali family lab (M6,10) as well, as the route will be blocked by two entrances protected by highest level security and a sentry gun. The exploration of this place should be left for later.

There are some places in the sewers where poisonous gases can be found. Avoid those areas until you can purchase the necessary upgrade (Implanted Rebreather), allowing you to safely get inside and cut off the gas supply.

In the part of the sewers that is sealed off with security systems (electricity on the ground, locks and a turret) you can find a secret laboratory in which the Neon drug is produced (the Neon Nights side quest). It is heavily guarded, but you can reach the tanks undetected.
