Weakened wall at the back - after punching through you can explore to find crafting parts and a biocell.
Elevator - It travels to level 1. The button is behind the painting.
Aria Argento - You can talk to her. You'll receive a shooting range keycard (4 on the map).
Entrance to the shooting range - You can practice shooting under supervision from Aria. In shooting range you'll find an eBook (100XP).
Armory - Computer (security 2) - 3 e-mails, Neuropozyne password (11 on the map), 2023 code to the safe.
Safe (security 4) - solve the mini-game or enter the 2023 code - various grenades.
Weapons display (security 5) - stun gun, sniper rifle, ammunition.
IT Support - Computer (security 1) - 4 e-mails, JJKPOXZ774 password to the computer in the NSN server room (21 on the map), 5545 code to the server room (7 on the map).
Server room - Locked door (security 1) - solve a mini-game or enter the code 5545. You can also reach the server room using the ventilation shaft under the stairs (8 on the map). The server room is a secret area (+200XP).
NSN keycard to a server room on level 2 (21 on the map).
Admin's computer (security 1) pass: Clod04sfd8s - e-mail with three passwords to Chang's (15 on the map), Macready's (18 on the map) and Black's (16 on the map) computers.
Stairs to level 2 - There's a ventilation shaft under the stairs leading to the server room (7 on the map).
Psychologist's office - Computer (security 5) - 4 e-mails, Auz1Lu51at1 password.

Safe in the side room (security 3) - crafting parts, Breach software. eBook (+100XP).
Computer in the side room (security 2) - 3 e-mails.
Infirmary - Computer (security 1) - Solve the mini-game or enter the Neuropozyne password - 1 e-mail. Near the ceiling, on the cabinet there's a Praxis Kit in the box.
You can reach the side room by opening a door (security 3) or by finding a ladder and jumping through a hole in the ceiling. You'll find medicine, a biocell and a pocket secretary with the 4822 code. Safe (security 2) - solve the mini-game or enter the 4822 code - Triangle code, Neuropozyne.
Security - Computer (security 1) - You can disable the cameras and the turrets and also open the doors to the cell (13 on the map) and to the NSN server room on level 2 (21 on the map).
Area with the cells - eBook (+100XP).
Main floor - There are many interactive computer stations here (security 0 or 1).
Organized Cryme Unit - You can talk to Chang. Cheng's computer password: APHASIA5689.

Computer (security 2) - Solve the mini-game or enter the ORIGAMI1970 password - 1 e-mail.
Safe (security 5) - Silencer.
Counter Terrorism Unit - You'll meet Singh here (if he didn't die in Dubai).

Duncan Macready's office - You can talk to Duncan.
Computer (security 2), password: SHARP007, 4 emails.
Ventilation shaft - Secret area (+200XP). The shaft leads to the NSN server room (21 on the map).

NSN server room - You can get here by opening the door from the security room (12 on the map), by finding a keycard (7 on the map) or by going through ventilation shafts (19 and 20 on the map).

Locked door to the secend part of the server room (security 2) - You can go over them.
Director's office - You can talk to James Miller, but only after you've visited the NSN server room (21 on the map).

General information about M7 map

The above map presents the secret headquarters of Task Force TF29. It can be found below the Praha Dovoz company building, located in the northern part of Prague (M3 map). Going back into TF29 headquarters is a part of multiple main and side missions in the game. It's hidden underground and if you want to get there you will need to use the elevator hidden in the backyard (button hidden behind a painting) (M7,2).

During your stay in TF29 headquarters you can meet with various important NPCs. Those are, above all else, warden Miller (M7,22) (an opportunity to have a conversation with him will appear only after advancing far enough in Checking Out TF29 main quest), Chang (M7,15) (he will give you a side quest called Samizdat) and Singh (M7,17) (you will meet him only if he didn't die during the prologue mission in Dubai).

You can find various valuable items inside of the TF29 headquarters and you won't be accused of theft if you decide to take them. You should be most interested in visiting the armory (M7,5), where you can acquire grenades from a safe and weapons from a locker.

One of the most interesting options available in TF29 headquarters is the ability to train on the firing range (M7,4). Access card to the firing range can be acquired from Aria Argento (M7,3). The first visit on the range is a firearms tutorial - you will learn how different weapons and types of ammunition work and how to install upgrades on weapons. Completing the training on the firing range will give you 1,100 experience points.
