Yakuza, but different

The Yakuza series is critically acclaimed, so it's no surprise that we're getting a remake of one of its spin-offs, called Yakuza: Ishin. In the new edition, this title was renamed Like a Dragon: Ishin – for a good reason. This is also a full-fledged remake, so the developers have made many changes in order to make the game more modern.

A crazy series in historical edition

The plot takes us to Japan as usual, but a little further back in history, to 1867, i.e. at the end of the samurai era. We will play the role of Sakamoto Ryoma, looking for the murderer of his master – his only clue is the specific fighting style used by the killer. Everything else is typical Yakuza stuff, with a huge amount of side quests, mini-games, and a specific sense of humor. Definitely a must-have for fans of the series.
