It might seem that the era of point-and-click adventure games is over, but it's quite the opposite. There are still many games of this type, but they're not that media-friendly. This genre is represented, for example, by Chinatown Detective Agency, which will take us a decade forward, to 2032, where we will have to solve several criminal puzzles as Amira Darma, a novice detective.
Cyberpunk in Singapore
Chinatown Detective Agency will show Singapore in a cyberpunk setting. We will visit various districts, talk with many characters, and collect various items, all in order to bring the main plot to the end. Interestingly, side quests will require encyclopedic knowledge, sometimes requiring resorting to the Internet, thus diversifying the gameplay. An additional obstacle is time, constantly rushing forward, as well as money, which doesn't grow on trees as we all know. You will need to use your resources wisely.
