Starting NPC Corporations

After creating a new character in EVE Online and reaching New Eden, each player joins the starting NPC Corporation, which has a 10% tax on mission rewards. You can join another Corporation at any time. Once you decide to leave it, you'll be back at the starting Corporation.

How to find the right Corporation?
