Perhaps you've noticed that on the Preparation screen, besides the possibility of dispatching cars, there is also a column titled "Specialists". This new interesting mechanic allows you to hire representatives of various professions and fields who will help you during missions and will provide additional bonuses. On this page, you'll learn how to recruit specialists and when their services will prove useful.

When and how to hire specialists?

You can hire a specialist on the Headquarters screen before the expedition. Specialists slots are located right next to the vehicle slots. After clicking on one of them, you will be taken to the team recruitment screen where you will be able to choose up to 3 specialists. The employees are divided into 6 groups depending on the services they offer. As with trucks and modifications, hiring certain specialists will require you to complete certain expeditions first.

Some of the missions will require you to hire a specialist in a specific field. In that case, at least one of the people you hire will have to represent a particular profession. You can read the requirements for specialists in the description of a given expedition.

Mechanics

Experts in vehicles and field repairs. The bonuses they offer will be related to the car's performance. These will include:

1. Increased vehicle strength;
2. Lower fuel consumption;
3. Lower material consumption during repair;
4. Additional slots and an expanded anchor operation area.

Logisticians

Contractors specializing in resource management optimization. The services they offer will provide you with:

1. Additional resources available in facilities;
2. Increased range of binoculars;
3. Additional slots in the vehicle for consumable parts;
4. The possibility of discovering best paths and road exits using binoculars or a drone;
5. Additional drop resources.

Hydrologists

Experts studying water reservoirs and surrounding bodies of water. They will help you cross the water with the following bonuses:

1. Reduction of engine damage underwater;
2. The possibility of discovering ships using binoculars or a drone;
3. The ability to anchor underwater;
4. Enhancing the use of echo sounder;

Jaegers

Wilderness survival experts will assist you in exploration. They offer the following bonuses:

1. Increased limit of owned lifts;
2. Increased scouting area for truck and binoculars;
3. The possibility of discovering shortcuts using binoculars or a drone;
4. Reduction of wheel damage;
5. Enhanced operation of the winch.

Operators

Professional drone pilots. The bonuses they offer are:

1. Increased range and altitude of the drone;
2. Marking supply drops.

Managers

Efficient managers maximizing profits from expeditions. They'll provide you with:

1. Better selling prices for treasures;
2. Additional, free evacuation;
3. Lower purchase price and higher selling price of ordinary items.
