Age of Conquest IV for PC, AND and iOS is another installment of the turn-based strategy game series defined as a combination of the popular Risk board game with the solutions of the Total War franchise. It was created and is being developed by Noble Master, established by Christoph Aschwanden. The title is available for PC, AND and iOS in the free-to-play model. Its basic free version contains only one map, the remaining ones can be purchased (individually or bundled) via micropayments.

Mechanics

Similarly to the previous installments of the Age of Conquest series, the player becomes the head of one of several available nations — ancient (the Roman Empire, Greece, Sparta, Carthage, Incas, Persia, the Celts, or the Chinese dynasties), medieval, or some more recent (for example, France, Russia, Japan, Great Britain, and the United States). The goal of the game is to achieve domination by conquering the territories controlled by other nations. Depending on the preferences (and bought options), matches take place on different maps that span Europe, the colonial areas, Asian empires, American wars, or even the entire globe (classical conquest).
