Airport-Tower-Simulator 2012 Release Date PC
The flight control tower simulator 2012 is another simulation game in the output of the German studio Astragon, which specializes in this type of productions. This time the player has to try his hand as a flight controller at the virtual airport.
As the name suggests, the action of the game takes place inside the flight control tower, which contains specialist equipment (including radar and radio) to control the movement of aircraft. The player's responsibilities include, but are not limited to, indicating air corridors, issuing take-off and landing permits and directing aircraft to the relevant passenger terminals.
The game consists primarily in observing the radar indications and measuring devices, and then giving appropriate commands to the crews of aircraft. As the game progresses, the level of difficulty of the mission increases, including the number of machines in the air and on the apron at the same time, as well as the frequency of random events. The variety of the game is the ability to conduct observations from the tower and from the cockpit.
The included editor allows you to create your own airports and mission scenarios. Ready projects can be exchanged with other players via a dedicated website.
The 2012 Flight Control Tower Simulator features an extremely simplified three-dimensional graphic design. Models of airplanes and objects are made of a small number of polygons. However, a modest visual layer is justified by relatively small hardware requirements.
