To do this, you need to start gathering raw materials and erecting more buildings, create increasingly complex production chains and supply systems, as well as research and develop activities while taking care of the needs of the residents.
We can sell the acquired resources and produced goods at a profit, thus gaining funds for further development. The system implemented here is based on the laws of supply and demand in the region, shaping price trends.
Other important factors to pay attention to are labor force, logistics and production efficiency. The terrain on which we build is also important. Our head in this is to efficiently use all opportunities and dispose of surplus products when their prices are "on the g?rce".
Apoikia also allows us to get involved in politics and social issues. On our shoulders lie the issues of legislation and tax-setting, as well as the imposition of regulations and rules that affect the functioning of society as a whole. At the same time, one must keep in mind the need to take care of the needs of the latter, at the forefront of ensuring that people have access to food, housing, services and, of course, jobs.
