Beyond Citadel is an FPS inspired by the classics of the genre from the 1990s, such as Doom and Marathon. The game was developed by the independent Japanese studio doekuramori. It is a sequel to Citadel released in 2020.

Story

Beyond Citadel takes us to a post-apocalyptic universe. The titular Citadel is the last bastion of humanity in the war with apocalyptic forces, led by the so-called Trumpeters. The fall of the fortress, however, does not mean the end of human history.

Angels watch over the humans. The main character called the Martyr is entrusted with a mission aimed at overthrowing the Trumpeters. To accomplish this, he must follow the mysterious signal.
