Cast n Chill is an indie production dedicated to fishing, designed in such a way as to provide us with the opportunity to relax. The game is a loose interpretation of the simulator genre and it was developed by Wombat Brawler studio from Australia.

Gameplay

In Cast n Chill we watch events from the side.

Peaceful fishing

During the game, we play as a fisherman who sails out on his boat to a point we choose on one of the rivers or lakes. He can then peacefully indulge in his hobby. The main character is accompanied by his faithful puppy, which we can pet.

Active and passive mode

The game can operate in two modes. In active mode, we cast the fishing rod ourselves and reel in the line when the fish bites our bait. Meanwhile, in passive mode, we can run the game in the background and do other activities, and when we finish - return to the gameplay and check what fish the fisherman has caught for us. Additionally, the game can be displayed on a second monitor or in a small window if we only have one display.

Profitable hobby

There are over 50 species of fish waiting to be caught in the game. They are divided into freshwater and saltwater fish, and also differentiated in terms of rarity (common, rare, and legendary). We can sell the captured specimens, and the money earned in this way can be used to upgrade our equipment, which in turn allows us to catch increasingly difficult species.
