Cities: Skylines - Sunset Harbor

Sunset Harbor is the ninth major expansion to economic strategy Cities: Skylines. The add-on was developed by the Colossal Order studio, which is responsible for the main game, while its release was handled by Paradox Interactive, a company specializing in this genre.

Mechanics

In Cities: Skylines - Sunset Harbor, players can prove themselves as designers of cities located on picturesque bays. Add-on introduces five new maps, as well as a previously unavailable branch of industry (i.e. fisheries), together with the entire infrastructure. In addition, the developers have increased our capacity for water treatment and waste management, and significantly expanded the urban transport.

Thanks to the expand of urban transport, intercity buses are appearing on the streets to improve communication between the states, and urban travel is improved by both trolley buses and overground subway lines. At strategic points on the map, we can also build special communication centres that allow for quick transfers between different means of transport. The list of novelties includes tourist helicopter flights providing entertainment for the public, as well as aircraft owned by aviation clubs.

Sunset Harbor is not a standalone add-on, so it requires Cities: Skylines to run.
