Company of Crime is an strategy game with RPG elements, in which players create their own criminal empire or stand on the opposite side of the barricade and take control of an elite squad of law enforcement officers. The game was developed by the independent Resistance Games studio and published by 1C Entertainment.

Plot

Company of Crime takes us on a journey to unsafe London from the 1960s. The developers allow us to step down into the criminal underground and start gradually taking control over it, at the same time taking care of the cover for our activities in the form of various legal businesses. On the other hand, there is nothing to prevent you from playing the role of chief inspector of the London police called Scotland Yard (from the name of the street where its headquarters were located) and trying to disrupt the criminals.

Sirus Gaming: 7 / 10 by Erickson Melchor

If the idea of an all-out brawler in a tactics game sounds appealing to you, by all means, pick this game up. Just know that there are several strings attached you need to be aware of before committing to the long journey of taking over the streets of London.

COGconnected: 77 / 100 by Jake Hill

Is Company of Crime worth playing? I’d say definitely. The worst of it is pretty uninspired, but inoffensive. But the best of it is superlatively good.

Jump Dash Roll: 6 / 10 by Derek Johnson

Company of Crime's writing and music are both top notch, but its gameplay is so painfully mediocre and tedious that it's hardly worth putting up with when The Holy Grail is still on Netflix.
