Cyanide & Happiness Adventure Game is a PC adventure game developed by ExplosmEntertainment. It is an adaptation of the popular Cyanide & Happiness web comic.

The game tells the story of a boy named Cooper "Coop" McCarthy, who must try to survive until the last day of the school year, despite the fact that the world around him is slowly descending into the apocalypse. Sawyer Allen, who wants to become a journalist, and Hugo "Chowder" Malone, a man known for his love of swords and commenting on YouTube videos, will help him achieve this goal.

The game's scenario remains true to the style of the Cyanide & Happiness comic. The whole thing is full of black humor and uncompromising jokes. During the game, we have the opportunity to meet many characters known from the original, but the game was designed so that you can have a good time even without that knowledge.

In terms of gameplay mechanics Cyanide & Happiness Adventure Game is a classic adventure game. The game comes down to exploring locations, conducting conversations, collecting objects and solving riddles. All this is done via a simple point-n-click interface. Puzzles are relatively difficult, but for less experienced players there is a system of hints.

Technical aspects

The game offers attractive two-dimensional visuals that combine nice cartoonish backgrounds with very simple characters that look the same as those from the webcomic prototype.
