Deployment is a three-dimensional shooter in which we assume control of the so called infosoldiers, battling for data guarded by governments and megacorporations. The game offers only multiplayer modes and was developed by Whale Rock Games.

Mechanics

In Deployment, the action is seen from an isometric perspective. Our mission is to defeat all of the opponents. Before the game commences, we can choose from a few types of machines, including Gunner (deals a lot of damage thanks to his rapid-firing weapons), Pyro (equipped with a light armor and able to absorb received damage and use it for offensive later on), Cyclops (focuses on supporting his allies), and Rocketeer (has a powerful armor and is equipped with a rocket launcher). Our machines are upgraded along with our progress in game. During the gameplay, we can take over turrets and control individual fragments of the randomly-generated maps.

Game Modes

Deployment focuses on online multiplayer, offering free-for-all and team deathmatch modes. The players can also practice against AI-controlled opponents. Moreover, we’ve received access to online scoreboards enabling us to check the efficiency of the individual players.

Technical Aspects

Deployment offers three-dimensional graphics with expressive colors and a simple, clear artistic style that depicts the online environment in a unique way.
