Deus Ex Remastered

This is not the end, as the remaster also features automatic saves. It has been adapted for controller support, including the implementation of a radial menu.

Gameplay

In Deus Ex Remastered we view the action from a first-person perspective (FPP).

The game takes us to places such as New York, Hong Kong, Paris, and Area 51. While exploring these locations, we engage in conversations with characters and complete objectives that push the storyline forward, as well as side missions.

Our actions and the choices we make influence not only the course of the story, but also how the gameplay unfolds. We can act according to the principle of "shoot first, ask questions later," hack security systems and eliminate enemies by surprise, sneak past them, or try to diplomatically resolve encountered problems.

As we progress, we develop our character using implants that enhance him with various skills. The ones we choose determine the possibilities available to us during the game. The increasingly better equipment we acquire along the way also plays an important role.

Story

Deus Ex Remastered takes us to a dystopian future world of 2052, struggling with problems such as an economic crisis, spreading terror and a disease called the Gray Death. The main protagonist of the game is JC Denton, an anti-terrorism agent for UNATCO. After his routine mission turns into a turning point for all of humanity, he follows the trail of secret organizations and a conspiracy aiming to take control of the world. It is up to us how his fate unfolds and what outcome his mission will have.
