Dynasty Warriors 7: Xtreme Legends is a stand-alone addition to the seventh installment of the slasher series cast in the era of the Three Kingdoms. The extension introduces a lot of new content in this weapon, game modes and characters. Omega Force studio is responsible for productions.

Dynasty Warriors 7: Xtreme Legends is a stand-alone addition to Dynasty Warrriors 7. Like previous representatives of the Warriors Dynasty series, the title effectively tries to show the story described in the popular in East Asia novel Legend of the Three Kingdoms, which tells the story of the civil war that took place in China at the turn of the second and third centuries of our era. The game is produced by the Japanese Omega Force studio, while the publisher is Koei.

In Xtreme Legends there are many characters in the book. During the game we get to know their motivations and fates. The addition to the group of already known characters introduces two new ones - Wang Yi and Guo Jia. They have their own sets of moves and skills, which can also be learned by the heroes from the base. In addition, players have access to previously unseen weapons, including special weapons, which can be unlocked by entering a new legendary mode at the highest difficulty levels.

The basic gameplay model has not changed in any way. The game combines elements of a strategy that requires the player to manage and control a territory-divided board and a typical slash hack`n, in which we fight dozens of opponents, using a variety of weapons and special skills. Patch introduces two new game modes. Challenge mode, where we can measure our skills in a series of short missions, often limited in time. They can consist of eliminating as many enemies as possible or fighting against waves of enemies in a limited space. The results can be compared with other players thanks to network scoreboards. In legend mode you can select each of the heroes available in the game and play several battles connected with each other. Between them we get to the city, where we can change the skills of the hero, choose a different character or armor. With each completed mission, the city grows and develops, giving more gold to our treasury, which we can use to buy all kinds of upgrades.

It is also worth mentioning that the game balances the game by improving or reducing the effectiveness of some weapons and abilities. Minor changes have also been made to the graphic design, which has been slightly redesigned and modified, which should make the fans of the series happy.

All the attractions and bonuses offered by Warriors 7 Dynasty: Xtreme Legends can also be unlocked in standard Warriors 7 Dynasty modes. All you need to do is to change the disc with the add-on to the basic version of the disc in the game menu.
