A fantasy 4X strategy game developed by Stardock Systems (the creators of the Galactic Civilizations series). The game takes place in a realm that was almost completely conquered by the titular Sorcerer King. A small group of nations stands on the villain’s way, trying to restore the old order while the evil King is looking for magic crystals that are the key to the complete destruction of the realm. The player can use six characters, each of which has different units, separate development trees and their own spellbook. The gameplay is typical for the genre and the player is tasked with exploring the world, completing various tasks, gathering resources, developing cities, recruiting and training army, fighting in battles with enemies and starting diplomatic relations with other countries. The key to victory is the cooperation with allies – every time the villain defeats a country, the chances for player’s victory drop down drastically.

The first expansion pack to the turn-based strategy game Elemental: War of Magic developed by Stardock (the creators of the Galactic Civilizations series). The player is invited into a fantasy world, where they assume the role of a ruler of one of the kingdoms, and is tasked with expanding their influence and building their own nation. Elemental: Fallen Enchantress expansion pack greatly modifies the gameplay mechanics by introducing a series of changes. One of the most important ones is a completely new combat system. Magic and spell casting were changed as well. In addition to that, the expansion introduces a new economy system that makes managing the economy more intuitive and clear. Elemental: Fallen Enchantress also introduces new content, including new missions, monsters, champions and previously unavailable locations. Among the latter there are both safe areas and ones controlled by the forces of evil.

In the game we will meet hundreds of magical characters, objects, spells and places. A curiosity is the possibility of influencing the surrounding, randomly generated environment, in which, for example, we can name locations and mountains.
