FlatOut: Ultimate Carnage for PC and X360 is another installment in the popular series of racing games. Similarly as its predecessors, it was developed by Bugbear Entertainment, the creators of Rally Trophy. The title, first released for Xbox 360, is a slightly improved and larger version of the second installment in the series. The gameplay rules remained unchanged: FlatOut: Ultimate Carnage combines features of typical racing games with destruction of controlled vehicles. In addition to reaching the finish line as quickly as possible, it is also important to eliminate the opponents. In some game modes the racing was completely removed in favor of more impressive actions (jumping on ramps, riding through burning circles etc).

Gameplay

There are around 40 cars available in the game. The graphics engine was improved in comparison to the Xbox 360 version of the game: the car models are more detailed, the vehicle destruction system and physics were improved and the option to display the graphics in high resolution was added.
