Simulation games. These titles put emphasis on simulating authentic (or fictional) actions in the most realistic manner possible. They allow the player e.g. to control civil (digger, crane, bus) or military vehicles (plane, tank, warship). Life simulation games (especially The Sims series) are very specific example of titles in this category, because they can simulate almost infinite number of aspects of human lives.

You play as a space adventurer, whose task is to look for resources on an alien planet. The main aspects of TerraTech are threefold. The first aspect is exploring varied environments and gathering minerals, which can be transported to Earth or processed. Another aspect is building sophisticated vehicles from the resources you find or parts from other machines.

Princess Maker Refine was created by Japanese studio Gainax, supervised by one of its co-founders, Takami Akai. You play as a hero, who already defeated the dark lord and saved the citizens of the kingdom invaded by the villain. The protagonist decided to settle down and adopt an orphaned girl, so that he can not only help with rebuilding the country, but also take care of her future.

Construction Simulator 2 takes place in a fictional state in the USA, Westside Plains. In the game we play as an owner of a company that builds roads and buildings. On The Road is a truck driving simulator developed by the German studio Toxtronyx. The game allows the players to travel across more than 1400 kilometers of highways and around 300 kilometers of trunk roads. Players can also visit a dozen or so cities, like Berlin, Hamburg, Dortmund, or Munich. What is interesting, the terrain is based on satellite data. The day/night cycle and variable weather conditions make the game more diverse.

Demolish & Build Company 2017 casts the player in the role of a company owner who both builds and demolishes various structures. Gameplay as such was based on two pillars here - destroying buildings and constructing new ones in their place in order to rent the new buildings.

Moreover, the players can use the auto-sail option - as the boats sail with a realistic speed, it might take months to reach the destination.

Farming Simulator 17: Big Bud DLC is an expansion to Farming Simulator 17, developed by the creators of the original game, GIANTS Software. Big Bud DLC requires the base game to be playable. This add-on introduces new agricultural machines like the two enormous tractors: Big Bud 450 and even bigger Big Bud 747. The latter one, designed in 1977, is over eight meters long, six meters wide, weights more than fifty tons, and has over 900 horsepower.

The game was developed by one of the best developers in this genre, GIANTS Software, and it offers all features that are available in the original game, including all the add-ons, but it also has a few new things. The game's biggest attraction is that the game is set in South America. With this setting come new types of plants (sugar cane), cows and machines that weren't available before.
