Release Date: February 19, 2026
The third installment of an arcade racing series with around 40 licensed cars, made by the developers of Test Drive Unlimited (Eden Game studio). Gear.Club Unlimited 3 offers beautiful tracks in two main locations: on the French Riviera and in the Japanese mountains.
Eden Games is a legend in the racing game genre. This studio was responsible for creating the iconic first two installments of the Test Drive Unlimited series (from 2006 and 2011). However, the French developer then took on the creation of smaller projects, mainly arcade car games from the Gear.Club Unlimited series (developed as an extension of the mobile Gear.Club from 2016). The first and second part were released by Microids, but the "third" is the result of a collaboration with Nacon.
Gear.Club Unlimited 3 has accessible, not very realistic driving physics. The game features around 40 licensed cars - sports models from brands such as Alfa Romeo, Bugatti, Mazda, Pagani, Porsche, and Subaru. Most of them provide mechanical and visual tuning, including the option to install rear wings (spoilers) on them.
Races take place largely on routes running from point A to point B, on empty roads in two picturesque locations: on the French Riviera and among the mountains of Japan. In addition to classic races there is also the Highway mode, in which we race on high-speed routes, racking up points by weaving through civilian vehicles (not present in other gameplay variants).
Apart from the free mode, Gear.Club Unlimited 3 offers a story-driven career with cutscenes. As we progress, we earn money, which we not only use to buy and upgrade cars, but also to expand our headquarters. We can set up a paint shop, an upgrade workshop, or stands for displaying our vehicle collection.
In addition to single-player fun, Gear.Club Unlimited 3 offers a split-screen mode for two people.

Game Ratings for Gear.Club Unlimited 3 Video Game.
Digitally Downloaded: 4 / 5 by Matt Sainsbury
There is a lot that you can potentially get out of Gear.Club 3, especially if you enjoy time trial challenges, where you’ll get a lot out of the large number of tracks and online leaderboards. Collecting all the cars and then playing around with them is a lot of fun, and ideal for pick-up-and-play sessions. It might not be a must play, but it’s one of those games that you’ll likely find yourself spending more time with than you realise.
Gert Lush Gaming: 7.8 / 10 by Jim Smale
Gear.Club Unlimited 3 is a fast, stylish leap forward for the long-running saga. It blends high-speed racing with deep customisation and a globe-trotting sense of adventure. While not perfect, it delivers a fun and addictive experience that fans of arcade racers and car culture will enjoy. If you want a road trip that mixes pure speed with personality, this one is worth jumping into.
Gaming Boulevard: 8 / 10 by Nick de Reiger
With Gear.Club Unlimited 3, nothing gets reinvented, but plenty gets refined. The addition of Japan, a tighter Career flow, Highway Mode, and deeper customization give the game more variety and confidence, while Switch 2 finally lets it run the way it should. It’s an accessible racer with enough depth for car fans and competitive players alike, and an easy entry point for families. Not groundbreaking, just solid, polished, and comfortable in its own lane.
