Since its premiere in 2012, Guild Wars 2 has grown to be the most important title in ArenaNet's portfolio. Over the years, the team has enriched their work with a number of significant add-ons. Visions of Eternity described here represents the sixth extensive expansion for this MMORPG.

New features in the add-on

The biggest novelty introduced in Guild Wars 2: Visions of Eternity is a new area waiting to be discovered. We're talking about the island of Castora, which was divided into separate regions inhabited by creatures never seen before. The add-on brings with it a related storyline, in which we follow the trail of the Persecutors studying this piece of land (it was previously so inaccessible that its existence was commonly questioned).
