Nancy Drew: Sea of Darkness for PC is the thirty-second installment in one of the most extensive adventure game series, released since 2000 by Her Interactive. The game once again focuses on the young detective girl, based on the character from the teen detective novels by Carolyn Keene.

Plot

The game takes place on a famous museum ship called the Heerlijkheid that is the site of a cyclical festival organized in a small Icelandic city. Since Magnus, the ship's captain disappeared; the recently renovated ship began to deteriorate. The rumor has it that the captain ran off with a legendary treasure or gave himself up to some dark forces. Detective Nancy Drew decides to solve the mystery, which feels very much like a voyage on the eponymous sea of darkness.
