Game mechanics

In Paranormal Tales, we observe events from a first-person perspective. Instead of the standard FPP view, we get an unusual presentation of events, simulating footage recorded with a camera mounted on the character's body.

The game consists of a series of separate sequences, pretending to be video recordings recorded by different individuals. In each of them we explore the world, solve simple arcade and logic challenges and, above all, try to stay alive by avoiding confrontations with supernatural threats that hunt us.

Game modes

The production has only a single-player mode.

Technical aspects

The strongest element of Paranormal Tales is graphics. The game was built on Unreal Engine 5. Thanks to the manipulation of perspective and the use of various filters and visual effects, the authors managed to convincingly recreate the appearance of the footage recorded by the camera attached to the body recording, which strongly enhances the atmosphere of horror and provides a unique atmosphere.
