PGA Tour 2K23

PGA Tour 2K23 is the next installment in the series of realistic golf simulators. In it, we find licensed golf courses and branded equipment, and have the opportunity to face the sport's biggest stars (among them: Tiger Woods, Justin Thomas, Collin Morikawa, Lexi Thompson and Michael Jordan) or play them. The game was developed by HB Studios and published by 2K Sports, patron of series such as NBA 2K and WWE.

Game mechanics

In PGA Tour 2K23, you create your own character or impersonate one of golf's stars. We can equip our avatar with licensed branded equipment to personalize his appearance. We develop skills and character archetypes, providing numerous bonuses. We can participate in competitions on 20 licensed, reality-realistic courses, including those new to the series - Wilmington Country Club, The Renaissance Club and St. George's Golf and Country Club. The game puts a strong focus on realism and advanced ball trajectory physics.

Game modes

For the single player, there is the MyCAREER career module, with which we start the game on the PGA Tour as a member of the Korn Ferry Tour and climb the rankings by getting as high as possible and competing with the most prominent golfers. The culmination of this competition is participation in the prestigious The Players championship.

There are also plenty of multiplayer gameplay, both online and on a single device, for up to four people. There are modes known from previous installments of the series - Alt-Shot, Stroke Play, Skins, Scramble and Divot Derby, as well as a new variant of gameplay - Topgolf, or golf driving range (also available for single player).

In Online Societies mode, we again have the opportunity to manage our own golf course and organize tournaments for other players - we can specify participation criteria, requirements, handicaps and gameplay options.

We also have at our disposal an advanced golf course creator with numerous, including bizarre and creative objects to place on the terrain shaped according to our own vision. We can make the completed creation available for use by other players.
