Pioneer Trail is another production of Zynga studio, which is very popular among fans of browser games. This title is an extension of FrontierVille. The main task of the player is to reach a fort located far from civilization in the depths of the primeval forest, where we set up a settlement. The journey is observed in isometric projection.

The creators prepared for the players a number of challenges on the way to the desired goal. Travelers will have to face the effects of a snow avalanche or an unexpected zombie attack. During the adventure we are not dependent on ourselves, because three friends can join us. Each of them has a different function, e.g. as a doctor or hunter. While playing, we also meet NPCs and, which is rare in games of this type, we have an influence on the conversations with them.

After building the settlement, we take care of its development by growing plants or meeting the requests of other residents. They are often linked to their function, e.g. the Sheriff asks us for support in the fight against criminals, and the miner orders a visit to a nearby gold mine. As we progress, we gain experience points and advance to the next levels.

The game has an eye-catching, slightly fairy-tale graphic design. Attention is drawn to the characteristic humorous designs of the characters.
