Daydream: Forgotten Sorrow is an action adventure game about a young boy facing his sorrows. It was developed by indie studio Frozen Line and published by Ravenage Games.

Plot

The main protagonist of Daydream: Forgotten Sorrow is a little boy named Griffin. He is trapped in a hostile world, seemingly made up of his nightmares. With no other choice, he sets out on a journey during which he'll face his fears, discover the land's true nature and replace his sorrows with new feelings. He's not alone, being accompanied by a faithful friend - Birly the bear.

Daydream: Forgotten Sorrow’s lack of originality is just a minor complaint compared to the fact that it doesn’t achieve what it sets out to do from a gameplay perspective. You can’t be a worthwhile puzzle-platformer when the platforming sections feature controls and physics and a field of depth that are this finicky.
