Sentinel Command is a strategy game with RPG elements, set in a science fiction atmosphere and available on iOS devices. GamerNationX, an independent studio focused on creating mobile strategy games, is responsible for the production.
The action of the game takes us to the very middle of the conflict between the two Houses: Daraay and Sedaris. After four hundred years of peace, an intergalactic war breaks out, in which we play the role of a member of the Sedaris House, and our task is to provide our allies with neoplatin, a valuable resource necessary for further warfare.
The Sentinel Command game consists of expanding the Sentinel space base and commanding a star fleet to destroy Daaray bases and defend the asteroid, on which the key neoplatin mines are located. In return for the raw material extracted from them, we receive new ships and various improvements from our allies. In addition, as we gain experience, we can advance our crews to higher levels, thus unlocking new skills. The game offers several levels of difficulty, and the fights take place in turn-based form in the style characteristic for jRPGs. The authors made available twelve classes of ships, twenty-six types of weapons and four types of improvements.
The manufacturer did not put too much weight on the graphic design, ship models and their animations are very simple, although they are characterized by a specific and captivating style. The same is true of the music, which well reflects the cosmic atmosphere of the game. An important aspect of Sentinel Command is the fact that after the purchase we get a full product - without hidden micropayments or paid add-ons.
