Silver Chains is a survival horror in which we play as a man who woke up in an abandoned property. Production focuses on realism and offers an interesting story and a number of riddles. Its creation is the responsibility of an independent studio Cracked Head Games, and the release was taken care of by Headup Games.
After a mysterious accident Peter wakes up in an abandoned English residence. The man doesn't know how or why he came to this place, but soon begins to understand that he's not alone. Trying to find a way out, Peter discovers dark secrets about what happened in the estate. What is even more worrying, however, is the fact that some indications show that he has already been here before.
The world of Silver Chains is seen from the perspective of the first person. Guided by Peter, we move around the locations, collect objects, solve puzzles (thanks to which we get access to other rooms) and gradually discover the story prepared by the creators. There is also no shortage of action, because there is a mysterious threat in the property - as our hero cannot fight, it is necessary to run away and find hiding places.
Silver Chains offers single player mode only.
Silver Chains has an interestingly designed three-dimensional graphic design. The aim of the creators was to achieve the impression of photorealism, thanks to which the hard atmosphere of the game is intensified - and this goal was achieved to a large extent. The game can be enjoyed, both from a technological point of view and thanks to attractively designed locations.
