Space Rogue

Space Rogue for PC is a space strategy with RPG elements. It’s a debut project of Red Beat studio, established by veterans of the Ukrainian developer scene.

Gameplay

The game is brimming with an optimistic atmosphere, reminiscent of old science-fiction novels about space travels. The action takes place in a procedurally generated galaxy, filled to the brim with interesting missions and random events that frequently force us to make hard decisions. At the start of each playthrough, we receive a completely new world, which seriously reinforces the game’s replayability.

During the gameplay, the players mostly control the ship, and issue orders to the crew. The battles are conducted in form of space skirmishes, as well as scuffles onboard the ships. To win, we need to use our subordinates wisely, and cleverly employ the numerous systems of our spaceship. The battles are fought in real time, from a point of view which allows not only to see the events outside the ship, but those taking place inside the vessels. Other attractions include landings on planets’ surfaces.
