Squad Leader PC

This is a strategy game set in the realities of World War II. The whole gameplay was built on the basis of a turn-based system modelled on such titles as Soldiers at War, Jagged Alliance and X-Com. We are commanded here by a unit of soldiers from the Allied or German army in three historical military operations, i.e. "Overlord" carrying us to the beaches of Normandy, "Waht am Rhein", reflecting the German counter-attack in the Ardennes and "Market-Garden", i.e. in the most famous Allied air-desant operation. Our task is to manually control soldiers whose skills increase in proportion to the number of successfully completed tasks. In each turn they have a limited number of action points, thanks to which they can move, run, crawl, kneel, shoot, as well as perform special activities for a soldier's specialty, such as treatment by a paramedic. Particularly noteworthy in this product are the individual personal traits of individual soldiers, as well as about three hundred biographies and individual stories by which they are characterized.
