The Elder Scrolls Online: Deadlands is an expansion pack to the popular MMORPG The Elder Scrolls Online. Both the DLC and the basic version of the game were developed by ZeniMax Online studio.
The story takes place 800 years before the events known from The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion. In Deadlands players must uncover Mehrunes Dagon's plans for Tamriel and thwart them. To neutralize the threat of this hellish deadrian prince, they will have to travel to the ever-changing dimension of Oblivion and the bizarre city of Fargrave located there.
The Elder Scrolls Online: Deadlands is a classically realized expansion. The DLC does not introduce any revolutionary changes to the gameplay, focusing instead on offering additional content.
Deadlands introduces new locations and adventures to the game, as well as two dungeons for multiplayer expeditions. Dagon's territory in Oblivion consists of two zones with very different environments and challenges. Previously unknown enemies and bosses await in these zones. The mentioned town Fargrave serves as a safe base where we can rest and replenish supplies before the next expedition.
Apart from the main thread, numerous optional side quests are available. There is also no lack of new items.
Deadlands is a non-standalone add-on, which means that you need the basic version of The Elder Scrolls Online to play.
DLC offers the same quality of graphics as the base edition of the game. The new locations, however, differ greatly in graphical style and offer a fresh experience for TESO fans.
