The Sims 3 Ambitions is an expansion of the third part of one of the most popular series of games dedicated to the personal computers. The production has been created by the internal studio of Electronic Arts. The previous extensions are: World Adventures and Design& High-Tech Stuff - accessories (set of new pieces of equipment) and more.
The Sims 3 Ambitions is an expansion that allows you to develop a Sims’ career in new directions. The creators have added a few new jobs and enriching the basis ones, so the player’s characters can be scientists, inventors, doctors, stylists, firefighters, architects, detectives or even ghost vanquisher. Each of these professions has many exciting challenges, which can be an interesting element of the expansion.
The most important attraction in the Sims 3 Ambitions is a reproduction of particular jobs where you move directly to manage the fate of your hero. There you have to make numerous moral choices that allow you to create a good or evil character. If your hero becomes evil, it can also perform experiments on humans.
There are few innovations worth mentioning, for example the tattoos’ studios (a job as a stylist) or the ability to have an influence on the appearance of the town (the role of the architect). What is more, since now the Sims can get dress in different places and leave dirty clothes on the floor of the apartment. From time to time it is worth to clean and wash the clothes - walking in clean clothes has a positive effect on Sims’ mood as well as sleeping in clean bedding. The washed clothes can be hung on a string or in the dryer which can be purchased. From the visual point of view, the expansion does not introduce any significant modifications although it naturally enriches the game with new places and objects.
