Titan Souls for PC, PS4 and etc. is an untypical action-adventure game which combines typical features of RPGs like Dark Souls with elements from the legendary PlayStation 2 title – Shadow of the Colossus. The game was developed by an independent studio consisting of three people, called Acid Nerve, with the help of Devolver Digital. It is a commercial version of free application that won the 28th edition of the annual competition Ludum Dare. The aim of the competition is to create best games in 48 (individual developers) or 72 hours (teams).

Plot

The story of the game happens in ruins left by a mysterious, long gone civilization. It is said that the souls of titans that are the source of all life are hidden in these ruins. However, the unique artifacts were shattered into tiny pieces and each piece is guarded by a legendary golem. During the game, the player assumes the role of a young warrior whose task is to defeat the monsters and gather all pieces of the artifact. What’s interesting, the protagonist goes for his mission equipped only with a bow and a single arrow.
