A spin-off to the well-received horror game Until Dawn. This installment is a typical rail shooter developed with PlayStation VR goggles in mind. As per genre's tradition, the player is tasked with quick and effective elimination of everything that moves.
Until Dawn: Rush of Blood for PS4 is a game developed by Supermassive Games. It was created with the PlayStation VR goggles in mind. The game is a spin-off of the well-received horror Until Dawn. However, it greatly differs from the original game. Contrary to its predecessor, Until Dawn: Rush of Blood isn’t a scary adventure game similar to the famous Heavy Rain. Instead, it is a rail shooter: the player sits in an automatically moving cart during the game, and travels through locations filled with various enemies. The objective of the game is basically to shoot everything that moves. The game is full of surprising jump-scares which are even scarier due to the use of PlayStation VR.

Game Ratings for Until Dawn: Rush of Blood Video Game.
IGN: 6 / 10 by Chloi Rad
Even as a mere horror-flavored rail shooter lacking in any serious scares, Until Dawn: Rush of Blood isn’t terrible. Responsive, arcade-style shooting, the frequency of collectibles, optional side passages that add some sense of exploration to the linear rollercoaster, and an end-of-level letter grade system offer plenty of casual replayability. Coupled with its smooth, motion-based controls, and barring some of its weaker stages, Rush of Blood actually makes for a decently fun ride.
Destructoid: 7.5 / 10 by Chris Carter
If I had just seen Until Dawn: Rush of Blood sitting on a retail shelf, I would have skipped it. It sounds like a cash-in of the highest caliber, but the folks over at Supermassive managed to balance their IP and show restraint in a way that very few developers are capable of.
The Jimquisition: 8.5 / 10 by James Stephanie Sterling
Until Dawn: Rush of Blood may be a brief and silly spin-off, something far removed from 2015’s fantastic adventure game, but it’s the most fun I’ve had with a virtual reality game to date, and it’s just a brilliantly entertaining pop horror experience with enjoyable shooty-bang-bang combat.
