Warlords: Battlecry II PC

Warlords Battlecry II is a sequel to the popular & award-winning Warlords Battlecry by SSG.

It is a Fantasy Real-Time Strategy game, where you build a hero - your main character - from battle to battle, gaining new skills, spells and levels, and ultimately becoming the mightiest force in the Realms of Etheria!

The main features of the game are listed below:

1. Persistent Heroes - Your hero improves after every battle, and the same hero can be used in campaign, skirmish or multiplayer. There are a huge number of development options for a hero.

2. Terrain - All new lush 3d rendered height-mapped Terrain. Clever generals will use height and obstacles to their advantage.

4. 100 Different Spells - Spread over 11 spheres of magic from Pyromancy to Necromancy, each spell has its own graphic effect & sounds.

5. Almost 140 Different Units - That's a huge number of fantasy creatures for a strategy game. Everything is here, from the tiny Sylph, to the mighty Moon King on his Golden Dragon.

6. Auto-Spellcasting - No more stupid magic-users. Spellcasters can now be set to cast offensive & defensive spells intelligently and (more importantly) automatically.

7. Multiplayer - Built on top of SSG's stable and fast multiplayer engine, Warlords Battlecry II can handle 6 players via IPX LAN, TCP/IP LAN, or Internet (or 2 via Head-to-Head Modem).

8. In-Game Matchmaking Service - Ubi.com support is totally integrated into Battlecry II, giving it a flexible & easy-to-use matchmaking service.

9. A New Campaign - Choose any hero and any side to battle over the whole of Etheria with our new open-ended, dynamic, non-linear Campaign. Fight duels, beat off invasions, capture territory and use your hard-won cash to purchase powerful magical artifacts.

10. Awesome Graphics Engine - Scar the ground with Dragon breath; track down enemies who leave footsteps in the snow; soak the ground with blood in immensely gory action-packed battles. Particle & lighting effects complete a truly remarkable graphical experience.

11. CD Quality Orchestral Score - almost half an hour of original Celtic/Orchestral music.

12. Titans - Each side has the ability to summon a Titan - an immensely powerful god-like character who can wipe the floor with your enemies, if you can afford the gold to build one.

14. Customizable Side AI - Choose from our many new customizable AI's or download new AI's from the SSG website.

16. Map Editor - Create your own battles with our integrated Map Editor. Our entire event-scripting system has been made available and is waiting for clever map-designers.

17. Powerful Resource Collection - Our simple system of resource conversion removes the need for players to micro-manage their bases & resource collection, and lets them concentrate on the important things: like FIGHTING!

18. Units Gain Experience - As the battle progresses, your units gain experience, get awarded medals, and can gain new levels and skills.

19. Retinue - After a battle, your most experienced units can join your Hero's Retinue, ready to fight alongside him in future battles. Other powerful units can be enticed to join your side by paying a hefty bribe.
