Wizordum

Mechanics

Wizordum is a first-person shooter heavily inspired by 1990s games of the same genre. The player must traverse vast stages, fight hordes of enemies and solve puzzles.

In combat, we can wield many different spells and magical weapons. We must also avoid traps and find hidden rooms full of treasures.

The game is very speedrun-friendly, featuring several difficulty levels and online leaderboards to compare our times with other players'. Aside from regular levels, there are also special challenges to test our skills at.

Game modes

The game only supports singleplayer.

Technical aspects

Wizordum is inspired by 1994-1995 games visually as well. The maps are 3D, but the enemies and objects are 2D sprites.

The game also includes an accessible level editor, which lets us create our own stages and share them with the community.
