Ironically, all of the technological advancements present here are powered by magic. The gameplay focuses on online battles between small groups of players controlling characters belonging to different available classes, each having distinctive weapons and four unique skills.

Another DLC to a best-selling sandbox survival game - Don’t Starve. Unlike the previous two add-ons, this one was developed not by the original creators, but by Capybara Games - the team known for such games as Below or Superbrothers: Sword & Sworcery. Don’t Starve: Shipwrecked focuses solely on single player content, drawing inspiration from the cult adventure novels, such as Robinson Crusoe. However, these were enriched with fantasy elements and a unique sense of humor.

A video game adaptation of the wacky parody of the 80s action movies, funded on Kickstarter. Kung Fury: Street Rage is a beat 'em up game, based on the classic productions of the genre. It was developed by Swedish studio Hello There, creators of simple advert games. You play as a policeman wielding superhuman kung-fu powers, fighting the Nazi armies led by Kung Führer. The combat mechanics utilize the skillful use of two buttons: right attack and left attack.

The first official expansion pack for Battlefield Hardline. The DLC was created by the developers of the original Battlefield Hardline - Visceral Games. It focuses mainly on the multiplayer mode. With this expansion, the players receive four new maps: The Beat (an impoverished city district), Black Friday (a shopping mall), Code Blue (a nightclub), and Backwoods (an old sawmill turned into a drug factory). Moreover, the expansion introduces a new game mode called Bounty Hunter.

In Goliath, we assume the role of a boy who, as a result of an unfortunate accident, is taken to an unknown and dangerous world, and survival becomes his main goal. The randomly generated world is inhabited by smaller and bigger creatures divided into factions. Since it’s impossible to be on good terms with all of them, it is crucial to have a handmade robot that helps us face various dangers.

Gameplay mechanics combines large-scale battles known from World of Tanks with post-apocalyptic setting inspired by the Mad Max movies. Crossout is set in a future world devastated by an alien invasion and genetic experiments. Players have to survive in this hostile environment and take part in rivalry of armored vehicles.

The game revolves around exploring a large castle, which is crawling with demons the players need to fight against, you also develop your character and gather items.

Interestingly, The Executioner tells the story from the perspective of an enemy of The Evil Within’s protagonist.

The third DLC included in Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare’s season pass. The add-on offers the next episode of Exo Zombies mode, titled Carrier, which continues the story from the previous expansions. The cast is still trapped on the aircraft carrier belonging to the Atlas company and must face hostile groups of Atlas Strike and Sentinel, not to mention hordes of the living dead.

Hellraid takes the players to a fantasy universe, in which an army of demons summoned from the underworld gets out of their master’s control and threatens the entire world. BRUCE: The Game rather clearly refers to the classics like Ridley Scott's cult movie Blade Runner or Frank Miller's comic book series Sin City. The game takes place in a rainy, futuristic world, where Bruce, our protagonist, does many various quests and faces enemies. We observe the action from the classic side-scrolling perspective.

Tom Clancy's Rainbow 6 Patriots lets players take on the roles of members of the elite Rainbow Team anti-terrorist squad. Perfectly trained soldiers must stop a dangerous group of revolutionaries - True Patriots, who aim to overthrow the allegedly corrupt government of the United States.

In Axiom Verge you play as a man called Trace, who dies and is reborn in a fantasy world, where futuristic and archaic technologies blend. Trace quickly asserts that the new environment and the beings inhabiting it are trying to kill him. The protagonist explores locations filled with traps and enemies as he runs, jumps, and shoots with a gun.
