Yakuza 3 Remastered is a remastered version of the third entry in the series of action-adventure games developed by Sega. The title focuses on the Japanese criminal underworld and it was published on PS4.

Plot

The main protagonist of Yakuza 3 Remastered is Kazuma Kiryu, the main character of previous entries in the series. After the events depicted in Yakuza 2, he decided to cut his ties with the criminal underworld. He founded an orphanage on the island of Okinawa. There, he wanted to have a peaceful life with Haruka, his adopted daughter. Sadly, Yakuza-related politicians took interest in Kiryu’s orphanage and attempted to take it over. When a man that looks like Kazuma’s deceased father shoots Daigo Dojima, the leader of Tojo clan, Kiryu once again finds himself in the middle of the war between the gangs of Tokyo.

Like a Dragon / Yakuza Game Series

Yakuza (Japanese. Ryu ga Gotoku - Like a Dragon) is a series that began as TPP action adventure games, while in 2020 began a love affair with the jRPG genre. The essence of gameplay in productions under this banner are spectacular clashes, in which we mostly use our own fists, white weapons such as clubs or samurai swords, as well as elements of the environment, such as trash cans or bicycles. Firearms are present, but usually do not play a major role. The protagonists have numerous fighting styles, which we can upgrade. Of great importance are impressive finishers, in which opponents are eliminated in a particularly impressive way.
