Snake can give you a quest in which you have to collect Bloody nails. These items can be looted from monsters in the dungeons. Kill an Iron Maiden (this enemy drops 3 Bloody nails). The picture above shows this monster.
Use a Cooking table to turn Bloody nails into regular Nails.
