To open the gate, you have to stand on 1.2 and shoot something onto the plate marked 1.3.
Standing in this place, shoot something onto the plate marked 1.3.
A plate. To open the gate marked 1.4, pick up the item that you have thrown here earlier.
Closed gate. To open it, pick up the item from the plate marked 1.3.
Mine Key. Put it into the lock marked 1.6.
Lock - requires Mine key (1.5).
A switch that opens a passage nearby (2.2).
A mysterious cave that you can access by pressin a switch (2.1).
Wait until the hatch in front of you closes. Step onto it and turn left. You will see a lever - wait until the hatch allows you to access it. Quickly pull the lever and step back. The gate should open. Wait until the hatches raise again and move: forward, right, forward - you will be on safe ground.
When the hatches close, step onto them and pull the lever - then, step back. Wait until the missile flies by and when the hatches close, place yourself in such position so that you block the next missile. Wait until it crashes onto you and use the hatches to make it to the end.
Jump down or use the rope to find a secret (more on the Crystal Mine Core map).

Secret room. You can open it using the switch marked (5.1).

Crystal Mine Core is the second floor of the mines, coming out from Crystal Mine Entrance. You will encounter here some spiders and wraths, which will blind you, but there will be more of the latter this time. In order to start solving this floors riddles, you will have to press a pressure plate (1.3) from the ledge (1.2) which will open you a passage to a key (1.5) which then unlocks a route to another area. Remember to press a button on one of the bars (2.1.) as it unlocks a route to a secret room. Also, whilst solving a riddle with trapdoors (3.2) remember to jump inside, because there is another secret located. The same riddle delivers one more. Press another button (5.1) which moves the wall (5.2) nearby. This level is divided on two areas from which the right one is available only by jumping in the particular holes in the location above (a black and white square).
