There are no accessbility options in Life is Strange. You can only visit the options menu and customize subtitles and the size of game window.

Customization

The game offers various graphics, sound, controls, and subtitle size settings. You can customize:

The size of the subtitles,
Language,
Camera sensitivity,
Dialogue colors,
Invert X and Y axis.
