Life is Strange: Out of Time - important choices

Important choice #1
The first important choice in this episode is the moment shown in the first chapter, or to be more exact, the conversation with Kate.
Choice: Go to the Police
Consequences:
Chapter 2
During the situation on the rooftop, it will be easier for you to save Kate. During the conversation you will get two dialogue options: "Nathan is involved" and "You were drugged" and each one of them brings you closer to saving the girl.
Kate will message Max and thank her.
Choice: Go to the Police
Consequences:
Chapter 2
Kate message Max and express her disappointment.
During the situation on the rooftop, it will be more difficult for you to save Kate. During conversation you will get four dialogue options, but only: "I'm gathering proof" will bring you closer to saving the girl. The rest of them will bring Kate closer to her death.
Important choice #2
The second consequential choice, happening at the end of second chapter of this episode. It has its consequences in the climax of the game.
Choice: Answer
Consequences:
Chapter 2
Kate appreciates it that Max answered the phone, but Chloe will get into a fight with her mother while waiting for Max to end her conversation.
Kate will message Max and thank her.
During the situation on the rooftop, it will be easier for you to save Kate. During conversation you will get two dialogue options: "You are my friend" and "I'm here for you" in each one of them brings you closer to saving the girl.
Chapter 4
If Kate survived and is in the hospital, Chloe will tell that Max that she did the good thing to answer the phone.
Choice: Don't Answer
Consequences:
Chapter 2
Kate will message Max and thank her.
During the situation on the rooftop, it will be more difficult for you to save Kate. During conversation you will get four dialogue options, but only: "It was in silent mode" will bring you closer to saving the girl. The rest of them will bring Kate closer to her death.
Chapter 4
If Kate survived and is in the hospital, Chloe will be sorry and she will apologize to Max for having Kate nearly die.
Important choice #3
The third important choice can be found in the third chapter of the game, during the assault on Chloe. You can make two choices here, to either shoot the assailant, or refrain from doing so. Your choice has no impact on the third episode, as the gun had no bullets left, so you were unable to make the shot.
Choice: Shoot
Consequences:
Chapter 2
Frank will be angry that Max tried to shoot at him, even though the magazine was empty.
Chloe will be happy that she had the gun on her.
Frank will not take the gun.
Chloe will message Max and ask, jokingly, if she will marry her.
Chapter 3
Max can find the gun w Chloe's room.
Frank will remember that it is Max that tried to shoot him, when she tries to talk to him.
Chapter 4
It will be more difficult for you to convince Frank to become your friend. Will ask you about your intentions during that event and only: "You had a knife" will not anger him.
Chapter 5
Chloe and Max share a kiss.
Choice: Don't Shoot
Consequences:
Chapter 2
Frank will take the gun.
Chloe will blame Max for not doing anything when Frank took the gun.
Chapter 3
The gun is absent from Chloe's room
Frank threatens that he will smash Max's camera if she tries taking a photo of him eating.
Chapter 4
It will be easier for you to convince Frank to become your friend. Frank will not ask Max about the events at the scrapyard.
Chapter 5
Chloe and Max hug.
Important choice #4
The fourth important choice can be found in the last chapter of the game. Your decision, or rather a series of decisions, will affect the outcome of the event - whether you save Kate or not.
One of the possibilities leading to saving Kate can be achieved by leading the conversation in such manner:
Dialogue #1:
- Things will get better
- You matter, not just to me - This answer will allow you to save Kate
Dialogue #2:
- You're my friend - This answer will allow you to save Kate
- I'm here for you
Dialogue #3 - If, during the first consequential decision, you decided to tell Kate to refrain from going to the police because you needed more proof:
- I'm gathering proof - This answer will allow you to save Kate
- Too dangerous for us
- I wasn't sure
- I needed more time
Dialogue #4
- There are billions of videos
- Be strong - This answer will allow you to save Kate
- Everybody will forget
Dialogue #5
- Your mother
- Your sisters - This answer will allow you to save Kate
- Your father
- Your brother
A thing to note, is the fact that in order to make the whole conversation work, you will have to make at least two positive choices shown in the important choices 1-3 in order to save Kate.
Choice: You saved Kate
Consequences:
Chapter 2
Officer Berry will be absent from the meeting in the Principal's office.
The Principal will thanks Max for saving Kate.
Warren will extol Max.
Kate comes to the hospital in the final scene.
Chapter 3
Max will receive many praises for her behavior on her Facebook profile.
Door to Kate's room will be secured with police tape.
The mirror in the bathroom will be clean.
Max will be becoming more and more confident in herself.
Dana, Taylor, Victoria and Mark will comment on Kate's suicide.
Max will be messaged by Kate's parents and will receive their thanks.
Officer Berry will thank Max for what she did.
Alyssa will suggest visiting Kate in hospital.
Chapter 4
Max visits Kate in hospital.
Kate messages Max many times.
Kate can be asked for help at finding Nathan's room.
Chapter 5
On Kate's desk in the classroom, Max can spot inscription "I WANT TO DIE".
Choice: You did not save Kate
Consequences:
Chapter 2
The Principal will assure everyone that Max did everything she could to save Kate.
Officer Berry will be present at the meeting after this event.
Warren will be consoling Max.
Chapter 3
On Max's Facebook profile many mean and sympathetic comments will be posted.
Many people will cry for Kate.
Door to Kate's room will be secured with police tape
Max will lose confidence in her powers.
Dana, Taylor, Victoria and Mark will comment on Kate's suicide.
Max will be messaged by Kate's parents who will thank her for her help.
Officer Berry will thank Max for her help.
Chapter 4
Max will not visit the hospital.
Max will receive a message about Kate's funeral.
Chapter 5
Max can blame Jefferson for Kate's death.
In the classroom Max may notice blood on Kate's desk.
Kate will haunt Max's dreams.
Important choice #5
The last important choice can be found in the last chapter of this episode, in the final moments of it to be more specific. You will have to point the one who you think is responsible for the whole suicidal attempt. The choice has no consequences in this episode.
Choice: Max suspended - Nathan
Consequences:
Chapter 2
You will be suspended after you blame Nathan, after she hid the truth at the beginning of the game, and if you admitted that you smoke pot.
Chapter 3
Nathan will message Max to ridicule her.
While looking at the schedule, Max says that it will be a pity to miss all of these classes.
Nathan will not mail Victoria.
Dana will ask if Kate's suicide has something to do with suspending Max.
The Principal comments on Max's suspension if she talks to him outside of his office.
David will be involved in the chase at the Blackwell swimming pool.
Chloe and Max discuss Max's suspension at Chloe's house.
Nathan will be mean to Max.
Chapter 5
Jefferson will not mention the conversation that took place at the Principal's office.
Choice: Max suspended - David
Consequences:
Chapter 2
You will be suspended after you blame David, after you blamed Nathan at the beginning of the game, and if you admitted that you smoke pot.
Chapter 3
Nathan will message Max to ridicule her.

Nathan will be happy, that Max kept silent at the office.
Chapter 5
Jefferson will not mention the conversation that took place at the Principal's office.
Choice: David on leave
Consequences:
Chapter 2
David will take compulsory vacation, if Max shows photo of David quarreling with Kate.
Chapter 3
Nathan will not message Max.
Nathan will not mail Victoria.
Dana will ask if Kate's suicide has something to do with David's suspension.
The Principal will not comment on Max's suspension if she talks to him outside of his office.
David will not be involved in the chase at the Blackwell swimming pool. Some other guard will be, instead.
Nathan will be happy that Max kept silent at the office.
Chapter 5
Jefferson will laugh at Max, because she blamed the only person that could find the truth.
Choice: Nathan suspended
Consequences:
Chapter 2
Nathan may be suspended, of Max told the Principal at the beginning of the game that Nathan has a gun, or if she hid the truth, but she did not admit to having smoked pot.
Chapter 3
Nathan will threaten Max via messages.
Nathan will not mail Victoria.
Dana will ask if Kate's suicide has something to do with Nathan's suspension.
David will be involved in the chase at the Blackwell swimming pool Blackwell.
Nathan will be aggressive towards Max.
David will return home wearing his uniform and will complain that he had to write reports he wrote on the previous day.
Chapter 4
Nathan's jacket will be in the dark room.
Victoria will reproach Max for her being involved in Nathan's suspension.
Chapter 5
Mark will laugh at, and thank Max for blaming the thing on Nathan.
Choice: Blame Jefferson
Consequences:
Chapter 3
Nathan will not message Max.
Nathan will not mail Victoria.
A webpage will be created to support Jefferson.
Jefferson will mention that he cannot go to San Francisco with the winner of the contest.
David will be involved in the chase at the Blackwell swimming pool.
Max may find a letter on Jefferson's desk, concerning the investigation.
Victoria will send Max an aggressive message.
David will return home wearing his uniform and will complain that he had to write reports he wrote on the previous day.
Nathan will be happy that Max kept silent at the office.
Chapter 4
Victoria will be aggressive towards Max.
Chapter 5
Jefferson will admit to Max that she almost got him, but the Principal's alcohol addiction kept him beyond suspicion.
