This page of the Life is Strange guide is dedicated to decisions from Episode 2 (Out of Time) along with their consequences. It should be mentioned that no achievements are connected to these decisions.
Decision #1
The first important decision can be found in the first chapter of the game. You can decide whether to water the plant or not.
Choice: You watered your plant
Consequences:
Chapter 2
Max is happy that she watered Lisa
Chapter 3
If Max watered Lisa twice, the plant will die out of water excess.
If Max watered Lisa once, the plant will be fine.
Choice: You didn't watered your plant
Consequences:
Chapter 2
Max will not comment on Lisa's condition.
Chapter 3
If Max watered Lisa twice, the plant will die out of water excess.
If Max watered Lisa once, the plant will be fine.
Decision #2
The second important decision can also be found in the first chapter o the game. You can either warn Alyssa about the roll of toilet paper, or refrain from doing it.
Choice: Help
Consequences:
Chapter 2
Max may talk to Alyssa.
Chapter 4
If Max saves Alyssa for 4 times, she will dedicate her Robert Frost's poem.
Choice: Help
Consequences:
Chapter 2
Max cannot talk to Alyssa.
Chapter 4
This does not convince Alyssa to quote Robert Frost.
Decision #3
The third decisions refers to the situation from the bathroom. After leaving the shower, you can make a decision that has a significant impact on the events in the last chapter of this episode. You can either erase the address to Kate's recording located on the mirror, or leave it intact.
Choice: Erase
Consequences:
Chapter 2
Max may mention that during the situation on the rooftop.
Chapter 3
Stains of lipstick visible on the mirror.
Choice: Ignored
Consequences:
Chapter 3
Someone else erased the link.
The mirror will be clean if Max had saved Kate.
If Kate dies, some other messages will appear on the mirror.
Decision #4
The fourth decision is associated with the event shown in the second chapter of this episode. You can either be friendly towards Taylor, or not. The decision requires you to speak with her, go back in time, and start the conversation again in order to be able to use the right answer.
Choice: Friendly
Consequences:
Chapter 3
Taylor will trust Max.
Taylor will admit that Victoria mistreats Max.
Chapter 4
Taylor will be friendly towards Max at the party.
Choice: Neutral
Consequences:
Chapter 4
Taylor will not be friendly towards Max at the party.
Decision #5
The fifth decision is connected with the conversation with Warren during the second chapter of this episode. You can either accept his invitation, or decline it.
Choice: Yes
Consequences:
Chapter 2
Warren will send a message to remind Max about the date.
Chapter 3
Warren will keep sending messages to remind Max about the date.
Chapter 4
Max will receive more messages from Warren.
Brooke will be angry with Max and she will not let her fly the drone.
Brooke may tell Max that Nathan is not near the club.
Brooke will come with Daniel to the Vortex club party.
Choice: No
Consequences:
Chapter 2
Warren will send another message to try and convince Max to have a date with him.
Chapter 3
Warren will keep sending messages, because he bought an extra ticket , in case she actually changes her mind.
Chapter 4
Max will receive more messages from Warren.
Brooke will be happy that Warren invited her to the drive-in theater and she will let Max fly her drone.
Brooke cannot tell Max anything about Nathan, because she is too distracted.
Decision #6
This decision can be made during the third chapter of this episode. Enter the building on the garbage dump and write a "Max was here" text on the wall, or refrain from doing so.
Choice: Write
Consequences:
Chapter 4
Someone adds: "You're all going to die"
"Rachel was here" will be changed to "Rachel is here".
Choice: No action
Consequences:

"Rachel was here" will be changed to "Rachel is here".
Decision #7
This decision can be made during the third chapter of this episode, when you have to save Chloe from the incoming train. You can either try to do so by tinkering with the railroad tracks, or refrain from doing so.
Choice: Damaged

The driver mentions that he cannot leave the town until the railway is fixed.
Decision #8
This decision is associated with the Vortex club entry. During the fourth chapter, approach the girl at the table and speak with her. Use your time-manipulating abilities to rewind the time and answer her question correctly in order to get an invitation to the club.
Choice: I do
Consequences:
Chapter 3
Max cannot add her name to the list of guests at Vortex club.
Chapter 4
Courtney welcomes Max on the party and helps her access the VIP section.
Choice: I don't
Consequences:
Chapter 3
Max cannot add her name to the list of guests during the stay at the swimming pool.
Chapter 4
Max will have to sneak into the VIP section, regardless of whether she added her name to the guest list or not.
Decision #9
The ninth decision can be found in the fourth chapter of this episode. You can either help Warren with his experiment, or refrain from doing so. In order to help him, you will have to complete a series of steps. Warren will ask you to help him in mixing some chemicals. Regardless of your choice (sodium, potassium), the game won't note it as helping Warren. To get such an entry, you have to approach the teacher (after you've gone back in time, of course) and ask her about the experiment. She will tell you that it's best to use chlorine. Go back to Warren and speak with him again. The third dialogue option will appear (chlorine). After selecting it, the experiment will be a success, and you will be able to take the last photo for your journal collection. Additionally, you will get a journal entry about helping Warren.

Consequences:
Chapter 2
Max can take a photo of Warren.
Chapter 3
Warren got A- for his experiment.
Max can change the mark to A+.
Chapter 4
Max will receive a message from Warren about his experiment.
Chapter 5
Max gets an opportunity to kiss Warren.
Choice: Don't Help
Consequences:
Chapter 2
Max cannot take a photo of Warren.
Chapter 3
Warren got B- for his experiment.
Max can change the mark to B+.
Chapter 4
Max receives a message from Warren about her experiment.
Chapter 5
Max cannot kiss Warren.
Decision #10
The last decision can be made during the conversation with Jefferson, in the fourth chapter of this episode. You can either tell him about David, who is abusing Kate, or refrain from doing so.
Choice: Inform
Consequences:
Chapter 2
Mark mentions that if Max blames Kate's suicide on him.
