There's only one landing zone in this mission and it's safe.
You can avoid the guard posts or secure them.
You will pass by this location while going to Da Smasei Laman. You will find a hostage here with knowledge about the Honey Bee and you can rescue him (if you won't make it in time then he will be transported to the main base - 5 on the map).
You can also exfiltrate two enemy snipers from this area (hidden mission objective).
Area where you can find the enemy gunship. Shooting it down (using a grenade launcher or a rocket launcher) will allow you to complete a hidden mission objective. If you don't have the right equipment focus on avoiding detection by the gunship.
You must get to this location while searching for the Honey Bee weapon. If you didn't rescue the hostage on the bridge (3 on the map) then he will be tortured here. You can try and rescue him before he's killed.
Once you've collected the weapon (6 on the map) a Skulls team will show up here. You can kill its members or you can try to outrun them.
Area where you can find the Honey Bee weapon. It's a small room and you must go through a cave complex in order to reach it. You can find the Honey Bee on your own or you can receive a precise location from the rescued hostage.
Exfiltration point (landing zone) that you should go to after murdering the members of the Skulls squad or after escaping them (5 on the map).
You can avoid the guard posts or secure them.

The map that you see above shows the whole area available during the sixth mission entitled Where Do The Bees Sleep?. It is quite large. You start in the western part (no. 1 on the map) and you need to reach Da Smasei Lama (no. 5). On the way, you will go past Mountain Relay Base (no. 3), where you have two optional objectives to complete. The Honey Bee weapon is located in the caves, close to the main base (no. 6 on the map).
