Minecraft Dungeons: Game difficulty levels
There are three difficulty levels in Minecraft Dungeons. The difficulty levels have impact on opponents and the available loot. On this page of our guide to Minecraft Dungeons you will find a description of difficulty levels and how you may unlock them.

Default
This is the basic mode that is available in the game. The strength of enemies is balanced, they have just a few spells and rewards have an average value.
Adventure
The Adventure Mode is unlocked after you have defeated the Arch-illager on the default difficulty level.

Apocalypse
Apocalypse mode gets unlocked after you defeat the Apocalypse on adventure difficulty level.
