Mutant Year Zero Seed of Evil: The Under-Ark World Atlas and walkthrough

Basic information about The Under-Ark

Enemies - Pod Spawner (level 80), Pod Tank (level 80), Pod Rooter (level 80), Pod Jumper (level 80), Pod Burner (level 80), Pod Destroyer (level 80).

Suggested experience level - 80.

Passage to other locations - Water Risers (always available), Zamarzniete Miasto (always available).

Unique loot in the chests - Blue Oyster Cap - This cap guarantees two great stat bonuses, namely an increase in the range of movement by 4 tiles, as well as an increased range of weapons by 35 percent. This is a great hat for a hero using long-range weapons.

Encounters and unique places in The Under-Ark

You start in the tunnel. The note (collectible) is near the starting location. Start moving straight, but when you approach the exit of the tunnel, turn right and participate in an optional battle. Pod Tank and Pod Rooter are on the opposite lane of the collapsed tunnel. You will also find a single Pod Spawner.

If you don't feel confident, use mind control (Puppeteer skill) to "take over" the Pod Tank. Otherwise, defend yourself in the left part of the tunnel and eliminate approaching enemies. Of course, it is advisable to constantly attack Pod Spawner - you don't want to let it spit out new enemies from a cocoon. After winning the battle, you will find, e.g. a chest with Blue Oyster Cap (it increases the range of weapons and the range of movement of the hero).

The main battle will happen soon after leaving the tunnel and reaching a large open area. There are 3 Pod Spawners in the area - straight from the exit of the tunnel, on the right and on the opposite end of the map. If you do not want more enemies to appear in the area, try to play more aggressively and look for cocoons.

You won't face any elite opponents in the main battle. However, you will have to eliminate plenty of "regular" enemies. An interesting tactic is to use the Puppeteer ability to take control of the Pod Destroyer. You can use its unique ability and throw frag grenades at the cocoons or groups of other enemies standing next to each other.

Don't forget to use good covers, especially since a Pod Jumper is in the area. If you have a chance, use a Knee Shot skill on this enemy to (at least temporarily) make it unable to jump to places from which it can attack your characters. The passage to the next location (Zamarzniete Miasto) is near the place where one of the cocoons stood.
